MY FOCUS IN BODYMIND COACHING

I work with a variety of techniques in my counseling depending upon your learning style and what you need. I work with life-style forms that can blend into an experience of wellness, stress-reduction, communication, and life practice with your highest potential. Some of the techniques I use are meditation training, problem solving, inner growth, coaching, hands on experiential training, personal life and physical training.Doing meditation practice can work with your whole life in all areas. The focus of counseling for living a life of meditation is life coaching and integration into your life. The physical seated form as well as living meditation in your moment to moment life can change the way your see, work, communicate, and live your life in a healthier way.In physical sports, I help you reach your highest potential –whether you are professional or a weekend warrior. I use a multi-dimensional approach to teaching that includes physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual practices. Through my experience I challenge you in a supportive way to challenge yourself to learn new techniques, stretch your boundaries, work with mental blocks, and increase physical well being.LISTENING TO THE BODY IN NO-MIND My methods of teaching work with inward investigation that lets you recognize the difference between the mind and the body. Through practice and training, mental and emotional work begins in the body. Coaching and guidance will inspire you to work on letting the body speak louder than the mind. The Japanese word Mushin (No Mind) describes not listening only to the mind but to trust the wisdom in your body.Working physically I have techniques through Judo and other physical activities or sports that will let you recognize the difference between body, mind and emotions.Competitive edge is very important in any sport and every day life .Through this work you will be able to bring your full potential to whatever it is you are working on.I encourage everyone to explore their full potential in the Whole Body Way.
